One of the best parts of Fit4Mom Denton County? 💕 Our weekly playdates give your little ones a chance to get out, have fun, and make friends while you connect with other moms!

Whether they’re running around, playing together, or just enjoying some time with new friends, it’s such a sweet way to build community for the whole family. 🥰

Due to the heat, Stroller Strides will be inside at Imagery in Motion on Monday and Tuesday. We’ll be back outside Thursday and Friday! 💕

Thursday is extra special because it’s Shelby’s LAST stroller class! 🥹💕 Stay after Stroller Strides to celebrate!

And don’t forget our Puppy Love Playdate Friday! 🐶 Bring your favorite stuffed dog to celebrate National Dog Day—we’ll have puppy treats, games, and lots of fun! 🐾
