When we first started coaching, the reputation of the Highland Springs High School cheerleading program was not one of greatness. There was a lot we had to do to change the direction our program was in. There were many challenges we faced, many moments we felt like our work was being done in vain, and manyyyy moments of feeling like “we’re done with this”. To look back and see the many lives we’ve impacted through cheer makes it endlessly worth it.
To the HSHS community & former cheer parents: Thank you for the overwhelming amount of support. The love has always been real. We will be forever in debt to the black and gold community. Parents, we love y’all! Thank you for all of your hours donated to the program, the miles used to get your athlete to our millions of practices, and the love you gave to us. We keep telling y’all “it’s different at the springs” 🖤💛
To all of the followers and fans of : WE LOVE YOU! Thank y’all soooo so so much for always supporting us. From traveling to see us at games, to taking pictures with us, to supporting us at competitions… THANK YOU!
To our kids: NO ONE understands the bond that we all have. So many people look from the outside but only we know the special bonds we have. Thank you all for trusting us, supporting us, and loving us. Watching you all grow and succeed are some of our greatest achievements. We are thankful for all the funny insiders, the endless team bondings, the intense check offs, the meetings when y’all parents are mad at us 🙃 (we love y’all parents), the endless amount of love, and the push to get us to start .athletix. We love y’all so heavy ♥️
