🔥 MUAY THAI / KICKBOXING SCHEDULE UPDATES🔥

STARTING TUESDAY, 9/8:

Our all levels MUAY THAI / DUTCK KICKBOXING class will move to 7 PM on Tuesdays and will be taught by Coach Nicole MacMillan 🔥. This class is great for beginners to advanced. Learning and refining technique and fundamentals to improve your game!
So excited to have another female coach on the roster! Woo hoo 💜

We will be adding a MUAY THAI COMPETITION CLASS at 8 PM on Tuesdays with Coach Jake Weiss 🔥.
This class is designed for those preparing for the ring or looking to test their limits, this class features high-intensity, situational sparring that simulates a true competition pace. Expect a significant step up from standard end-of-class sparring, complete with rigorous conditioning drills between rounds to build fight endurance. Note: A coach’s approval is required prior to joining 😉

New full Muay Thai Schedule:

Tuesdays:
MT 7 PM
MT Comp Class 8 PM

Wednesdays:
Kids MT 5:30 PM

Thursdays:
MT 7:30 PM
