A huge congratulations to Brody Bandiera for an outstanding 6th-place finish in the Road Runner Skills Competition at Cooperstown Dreams Park!

Competing against players from teams all across the country, Brody showcased his speed with an impressive time of 13.15 seconds, earning a spot among the event’s top finishers. What an incredible achievement on one of youth baseball’s biggest stages!

Congratulations, Brody! Your hard work, determination, and athleticism were on full display, and your Andy’s 9ers family couldn’t be prouder. Keep flying around the bases! 💙⚾

A huge shoutout to Grady Slife for earning a Top 10 finish in the Golden Arm Skills Competition at Cooperstown Dreams Park!

Out of hundreds of players from across the country, Grady showcased his arm strength and accuracy to finish among the competition’s best. That’s an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work he’s put into his game.

Congratulations, Grady! Your Andy’s 9ers family is proud of you for representing the team so well on one of youth baseball’s biggest stages. Keep working hard, the future is bright! 💙⚾

The Andy’s 9ers wrapped up an unforgettable 2026 season at the one and only Cooperstown Dreams Park.

From the first practice in January to the final out in Cooperstown, these boys gave everything they had. They competed, battled through adversity, celebrated each other’s successes, and created memories that will last a lifetime!

Cooperstown is about so much more than baseball. It’s about teammates becoming brothers, trading pins with kids from across the country (and world), staying in the bunkhouses, playing under the lights, and living out a dream every young ballplayer has. Every player represented our team, families, and community with class.

To our coaches… thank you for your countless hours of teaching, encouraging, and believing in these boys.

To our parents, families, and supporters…thank you for every practice, every road trip, every meal, every cheer, and every sacrifice that made this journey possible.

And to these incredible young men…never forget this experience. Wins and losses will fade, but the friendships, laughter, and memories from this season, and especially this week in Cooperstown, will stay with you forever!

We’re proud of every single one of you.

Final game at the quaint confines of Kuster Field for the 12U Andy’s 9ers last night.

A bittersweet ending to a wonderful baseball experience for our team. Kuster Field provided us with a favorable home field advantage going 25-8 in games we played on its natural surface over the years. Special thanks to Kurt and family who work tirelessly volunteering to create a traditional baseball atmosphere. One of the great baseball people in the area who just loves the game and wants kids to enjoy it.

Thank you Kurt and family for the memories you have created for all of us.

Another tournament win in the St Clare Classic this weekend at Kuster Field! The 12u 9ers boys went 4-0 and were fortunate enough to walkoff the championship game.

Extra special win for several reasons:
• Tournament win on our home field
• The team’s 100th win since they were an 8U tournament team
• Victory was shared by the Cheyfitz and Gray families who created the 9ers program 30 years ago in honor of Andy Cheyfitz.
