Cindy's Labor Day Blast – Parking & Hookup Information

We are officially 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗢𝗨𝗧 of electric hookups, so we need everyone’s help to make sure we use our available parking space wisely!

We’ve put together this map to help everyone know where to park and how to position your trailer. Please take a minute to look it over, read the information below and 𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐏 𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 before you head to Flickerwood Arena.

⚡ 𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐏𝐒
If your hookup is at the Upper Barn, please back STRAIGHT into your spot. This will allow us to fit everyone assigned to that area.

⚡ 𝐅𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐏𝐒
If your hookup is along the fence line, you will also need to back STRAIGHT into your spot. Please DO NOT park at an angle. We need every bit of available space along the fence.

⚡ 𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐏𝐒
This area is different! If your hookup is at the Lower Barn, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you park AT AN ANGLE. Parking at an angle is necessary so everyone assigned to this area will fit.

🚙 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚
If you are parking in the gravel lot, please pull as far forward as you safely can without getting into the roadway. We need to leave plenty of room for contestants with fence-line hookups to back their trailers into their spots.

➡️ 𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂
Please follow the one-way trailer route shown on the map when traveling to and from the Lower Barn. This will help keep larger rigs moving safely through the grounds.

Please do not park, drive or turn around in any area marked OFF LIMITS on the map. Please also keep all roadways clear.

❤️ 𝑴𝑶𝑺𝑻 𝑶𝑭 𝑨𝑳𝑳 — 𝑷𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑺𝑬 𝑯𝑨𝑽𝑬 𝑷𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑪𝑬 & 𝑩𝑬 𝑪𝑶𝑼𝑹𝑻𝑬𝑶𝑼𝑺 𝑻𝑶 𝑬𝑨𝑪𝑯 𝑶𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑹.

We are completely sold out of hookups, so making everything fit is going to take a little cooperation from everyone. Take your time, give your neighbor room and help us make the most of the space we have.
