High Point University Dance Team

High Point University Dance Team The Official page of the High Point University Dance Team!! Tryouts are typically in September of the fall semester each year for the girls.

The High Point University Dance Team performs at all Men's and Women's home basketball games, as well as at conference tournament games. Team members are involved in many different aspects of the University, and service events in the community. The Lady Cats perform November through March, and continue to show their pride and enthusiasm throughout the year for High Point University!

We had the BEST TIME at our National Dance Alliance home camp this weekend! We put in the work, pushed ourselves, and became closer as a team.πŸ₯Ή

During camp, we had central theme, UNITE, and words of the day. We truly came together as a team by RECOGNIZING each other and COLLABORATING on our routines to earn our bid to nationals, because we all BELONG on this team. We even came up with our own wordβ€” COMMIT!❀️‍πŸ”₯

We are so grateful we got to learn from Brynlee Johnson Kaylie Kramer Thank you for pushing us and creating a fun environment that helped us grow! 😚

We are proud to say that we earned a SUPERIOR ribbon and our bid to nationals! We are so grateful for this past weekend, and we’ll see you in DAYTONA!πŸ™Œ
