Hi everyone,

We are reaching out with exciting news and a heartfelt request. Skye, KW, and Serenity have all qualified to compete in the Junior Olympics in Humble, Texas, representing their team, their city, and their dreams!

This is a huge accomplishment that reflects their dedication, discipline, and countless hours of hard work on the track. Now, they have the opportunity to compete at a national levelโ€”but we need your support to get them there.

What Weโ€™re Raising Funds For:

HOW TO SET MORE PURPOSEFUL GOALS.

Step 1: Create a clear and definitive
vision for your life.

Step 2: Map out the steps that are going to make that vision a reality.

Step 3: Work out HOW you are going to achieve each goal along the way.

Step 4: Focus on the top 3 ideas you can execute on right now.

Step 5: Remove anything that is in conflict with your goals & vision.

There are no SHORTCUTS to become your best..

1.) DIET FIRST

I want to make this very clear... there's no such thing as spot reduction. This means if you've gained weight in a certain area you can't just workout that area to decrease the body fat there.

That magic doesn't exist...

However, what you do want to do is make sure you have a structured diet. Which means...

Know what you goal is... bulking or cutting...

Know how many calories to eat...

Know what macronutrient percentages to consume...

Once you have that, stick to it for 3 months then switch it up.

If you need help structuring a diet (calories and macros), then send me a message to get you headed in the right direction.

2.) WEIGHT LIFTING

Try to get this in at least 4 days a week... maybe even 5.

As I always say, check your ego at the door and focus on your lifting technique for this new year. You'll get drastically better results doing that than just focusing on heavy lifting all the time.

Know what days of the week you're working out and what body splits you have on each day. This will allow you to stay organized and switch up your workouts.

Once you have that down, make sure you switch your workouts up every month.

Your body will adapt otherwise, and your results will tremendously slow down...

3.) SUPPLEMENTS

After you got the first 2 tips down you can start to look into supplements. I say this because supplements do help accelerate results when used properly.

Every one is different, so certain supplements might work better with others and not with you...

Having all 3 of these elements in your fitness program will improve your results and build that muscle you're after.

It's not hard... you just have to have every thing in place.
