Triad Martial Arts Training Center Triad Martial Arts Training Center is a full time martial arts training facility. Our school was founded in 1985.

Originally known as The High Point School of Taekwondo, the name was changed to Triad Martial Arts Family Training Center in May of 2001 to reflect the diversity of our curriculum. Our spacious new facility here in High Point, NC offers over 3000 square feet of matted training surface. We are High Point's oldest and largest martial arts school. We offer Taekwondo, Korean Hapkido, Personal self-def

ense and Fitness Kickboxing. In addition we also offer children's birthday parties. At Triad Martial Arts we use a modern approach when teaching traditional self-defense skills to children, teens, and adults. A strong emphasis is placed on life-skills training, self-confidence building, focus, flexibility, and fitness. We offer classes for children only, families only and for the individuals who want to train a little harder, we offer adult only classes.

To any old students of mine reading this who stopped training for any reason, or maybe life got in the way, YOU ARE ALL WELCOME BACK TO THE MATS. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF THE FAMILY.
Don't be shy if you see me at the grocery store or anywhere for that matter! I miss you! If you are an old student and think I'm mad at you for not training or for having to take a break from your training you are mistaken.
I love when old students come back home. Hit me up if you wanna get back on these mats.
