The spring shoot was great! Ended with 37 shooters including 7 youth. Good to see the youngsters keeping the sport alive. Full list of scores and pictures as soon as we get it all put together.

Little Tabo Creek Muzzleloaders Spring Shoot second day report: BUSY! Visited with old friends and met some new ones.The weather cleared out and we actually had sunshine for a while. As for the shooting we had several turnovers for top place through the day. It will be interesting to see who ends the weekend on top. Thanks to pitmaster Claxton and all that brought dishes for the dinner, it was all delicious. I think everyone left stuffed. More fun to be had today so come on out and join us!

First day of the spring shoot was wet but it was fun.I got to run a couple of new young shooters through the course today. Great young people to work with. We need these young folks to keep our sport alive. Had some more campers show up this evening for tomorrows shooting. Looks like the rest of the weekend will be busy! Come see us if you can.

Little Tabo Creek Muzzleloaders Spring Shoot starts this morning!! Just looked at the weather forecast and it's not that bad. It may rain a little here and there but it's not supposed to be a washout by any means. Come on out and joinus. We've got cover on the line on both the rifle/pistol range and the shotgun range. Looking forward to seeing everyone here!

We now have a range and oven in the clubhouse to go along with the fridge and microwave if that helps fix up something for saturdays potluck!

5 days till the Spring Shoot. Pulled pork is on the menu for saturday evening dinner. Bring a side or dessert for a great dinner! We will also be raffling a Tri- Star Setter LT Silver O/U shotgun and other prizes. See Ron Yager, Clayton Wilson, Jeremy Nevels or Grant Steen for info and tickets.

Just picked up 50 flints from my supplier in texas. Picked through a couple hundred and got 50 nearly perfect flints.Haven't tried them yet but the ones I got from him before throw showers of sparks!

It has become official! Pitmaster Claxton will be smoking for the Saturday evening dinner. Pulled pork and whatever else he dreams up. It's all been good so far! Maybe we can get him to cook without trying to cut off his arm this time. Please bring a side dish or dessert of your choice and lets have a good time at dinner.
