QUESTIONS FROM EMAILS :

Ive heard some concerns AND questions about the practice here on the beach:

I wanted to give my insight To you all with regards to concerns about wanting to try yoga but fear of looking dumb or weighing any kind weight is preventing them from coming out. Ive had a couple questions on injuries as well sooo here it goes:

1) it is dark outside... no one looks stupid.;) or ugly and wear a hat !! I do

2) Yoga is a practice and you must begin in order to gain the tools to enhance your asana practice and more importantly gain the confidence in yourself and your beautiful body that YOU ARE ABSOLUTLY CAPABLE!!

3) YOGA IS FOR every-BODY!!!! There is nothing that even a tad bit of extra hibernation tissue is going to prevent you from experiencing this practice!!!

**** my classes on beach are designed for all inclusive, self affirming, gentle, slow, and to nurture you before your day begins so you can make it yours!!

4) any physical injury that is or has been under doctors care and given the "go-ahead" by them or if by listening to your body you feel you are capabale of doing some light stretching and be mindful not to push yourself too hard ( ) ; then absolutely this is for you. I work with mostly people who have injuries so just let me know what you need and I shall give!! Itnwill help you heAl faster.
Or to even come and observe and be present until your bodu y is ready will give you an edge when you begin

****sidenote... not sure there is wheel chair access though****
