Come check out the new equipment at Freedom Fitness. We have added the stair stepper, rower, hip abductor/adductor machine, hack squat, and Smith machine.

We look forward to helping you meet your fitness goals. Memberships are $30 per month with no contract.

For the month of May, the top five members by attendance will be entered into a drawing for a free IV in conjunction with Hico Total Health and Wellness.
