To our Uplift Family,

We are facing an unexpected and difficult situation. Our landlords are attempting to evict us under a claim of fraudulent inducement of lease. This claim is false, and we are actively navigating the matter through the appropriate channels.

What matters most is this: Uplift is moving forward. We are actively searching for a new space and remain fully committed to the mission, community, and accountability that define Uplift.

Thank you to everyone for their patience as the parking lot construction has been finished!

Please be advised that the parking lot remains partially obstructed today. We have not received any communication regarding designated or alternative parking locations.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to operate under these circumstances and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

To our Hico community—

We want to clarify recent announcements regarding the space we previously occupied.

After being required to vacate the building, the landlord has chosen to relaunch a gym in the same location using a model that mirrors what we built independently.

Uplift Fitness was created, funded, and operated solely by us—our programs, systems, culture, and client relationships were not part of any lease agreement or partnership.

While a space can be reused, what we built cannot be transferred or replicated through possession of a building alone.

We are addressing this appropriately and moving forward with integrity. Thank you to those who know our work and our character.
