‼️🏐We had a great week of camp! Forever grateful and thankful for those of you that continue to support my endeavors in the community and allowing me the opportunity to work with your athletes and grow the game!

There is currently a tree down blocking half of the entrance to the facility for today’s camp. To drop off your kids, I recommend staying left at the semicircle as you enter the complex and dropping off in the bottom parking lot. Just beware for oncoming traffic.

Friday group strength is back at Select! If your athlete is transitioning out of their season, now is the time to get them into resistance training and various movement patterns they may not experience in their sport.

I often find the young female athlete to be in dire need of strength training, especially as they age and experience the game at a higher level, faster pace and outright greater demand on the body!

Fridays in May will be a one hour strength session with a small amount of conditioning. Once we transition into June and July, the strength, vertimax and conditioning will all see an uptick in availability and frequency to prepare for the school seasons. I am still hosting sessions at The Lab in Maiden on most Mondays and Wednesdays, so that could give your child up to 3 sessions/week of training at a reduced rate (my one-on-one sessions are $45/hour).

These sessions are for Athletes of all sports and you do not have to be an athlete at Carolina Select. Please read the information under the registration for the policies for these sessions. A minimum of 2 pre-registered athletes (at least an hour before) each session is required to run these sessions.
