R Stewart’s Hunters and Jumpers has been operating at its present location on 28 acres in Hickory Corners, Michigan since 1997. Go Broncos!

The facility offers boarding, training, and lessons for all ages, beginner through advanced, in the hunter and jumper disciplines. Owner Rob Stewart has over 50 years of experience in riding, training, and showing hunters and jumpers, and has ridden and instructed riders professionally for over 25 years. As a coach, his ability to understand both horses and riders has allowed him to maximize the skills of each and consistently challenge them to reach new goals. His horses and riders regularly win championships at horse shows from local to national levels. Home of the Western Michigan University Equestrian Team since 1993!

What a weekend! 🤍 We had an incredible 5 days at the Win-a-Gin Farms MHJA Show filled with beautiful rides, new partnerships, milestones, and so many moments to celebrate.

✨ Eric Yoder & Qruise ESH wrapped up their final Baby Green show with a Reserve Champion!

✨ Addie Yoder & Qruise ESH had a fantastic week, earning Reserve Champion in the Children’s Hunters and 4th in the Children’s Medal.

✨ Gracen Hiegel & After Party earned top ribbons in the Low Children’s division and continued to make great progress in their new partnership.

✨ Avery Kryszak & Socialite met for the very first time on Wednesday and went on to have an incredible show together—earning Reserve Champion in the Low Children’s Hunters and 6th in both the St. Jude’s and Children’s Medals!

✨ Claire Daniels & Honora had their first off-property experience together as a new partnership. They continued to grow and gain confidence throughout the week, especially in the schooling ring.

We are incredibly proud of every one of our riders and horses. The ribbons are wonderful, but watching these partnerships develop, overcome challenges, and continue to grow is what makes weekends like this so special. 🤍

Now it’s time for a well-deserved little break before we gear up for our next show in mid-September!

What a wonderful weekend at the Meadowview Farms MHJA Show! We are so proud to see so much of the hard work, growth, and dedication from our riders coming to fruition in the show ring.

Along with all of our riders walking away with wonderful rides and plenty of blue ribbons, we had some exciting highlights to celebrate:

✨ Lexi Seim & Missing Piece double blued in the Children’s Equitation and competed in their first Hunter Prix, earning a 9th place finish!

✨ Gracen Hiegel & After Party double blued in their Novice Equitation and earned Reserve Champion in the Novice Hunter!

✨ Addie Yoder & Qruise ESH were Champion in the Children’s Hunter and also competed in their first Hunter Prix, earning a 4th place finish!

✨ Eric Yoder & Qruise ESH had a wonderful showing in the Baby Greens, walking away with Reserve Champion!

We couldn’t be more proud of all of our riders—both on and off the horses. Watching them grow in confidence, horsemanship, and as individuals is the most rewarding part of what we do.

We are so grateful for this incredible barn family and for the support, encouragement, and camaraderie that make weekends like this so special. 🤍

Now, we’re looking forward to a couple of weekends off before heading to Win-a-Gin! We can’t wait to see what everyone accomplishes next! 🏆🐴

What a fantastic week at the horse show! 🐴✨

I’m so proud of all of our riders for the hard work, determination, and positive attitudes they brought to every ride. Each horse-and-rider pair faced new experiences, learned along the way, and finished the week with successful, winning rides!

🏆 Eric Yoder & Qruise ESH were competitive in the Baby Green Hunters, highlighted by a win in the Under Saddle.

🏆 Addie Yoder & Qruise ESH had a strong show in the Children’s and Intermediate Junior Hunter divisions, earning Reserve Champion in the Intermediate Junior Hunters.

🏆 Lexi Seim & Missing Piece had an outstanding week in the Intermediate Junior Hunters and Children’s Equitation, earning Champion in the Intermediate Junior Hunters and 3rd in the Children’s Medal.

🏆 Avery Kryszak & Citizen Kane debuted together—and it was Kane’s very first horse show! They had positive rounds in the Low Children’s and Novice Juniors, finishing with a win in the Low Children’s Equitation on the Flat.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes to make weekends like this possible, and it’s rewarding to see that hard work pay off. Congratulations to all of our riders for stepping up, embracing new challenges, and supporting one another throughout the week! We are so proud!

We’re grateful for a fun, successful show and can’t wait to do it all again in a couple of weeks at Meadowview! 💙🐎

What a way to kick off our first horse show of the summer season! ☀️🐴

To say we are proud is an understatement. Our riders showed up this weekend in a way that truly reflected all of the hard work, dedication, and long winter hours they’ve put in behind the scenes. Watching the growth, confidence, and teamwork in and out of the ring was incredibly rewarding, and we couldn’t be more excited for the season ahead!

✨ Addie Yoder and Qruise ESH had an outstanding weekend with multiple wins and top ribbons, including a double blue and Champion in the Open Equitation, along with a win in the $200 Memorial Masterclass, Reserve in the Open Medal and a Reserve Champion in the Open Hunters!

✨ Gracen Hiegel and After Party had an amazing first show together, earning Reserve Champion in the 2’3 Schooling Hunter and Reserve Champion in the 2’6 Special Hunter. They also brought home a blue ribbon in their very first 2’6 jumping class together along with other top ribbons!

✨ Jessica Hiegel and I Can Hear You Now had their first jumping show together and had a fantastic showing in the 2’3 divisions, earning top ribbons in the TIP Beginner Hunter division!

✨ Rosie Hiegel and Hidden Gem had their second show together and earned top ribbons in the Walk Trot and Walk Trot Canter classes, including a win in Equitation!

✨ Emma Hiegel and Hidden Gem absolutely rocked the Lead Line, bringing smiles and waves to everyone watching ringside. 💕

We are so incredibly proud of this entire group and grateful to everyone who helped make this weekend a success. Here’s to an exciting summer show season ahead! 🐎💙

Hi everyone! We are in serious need of farm help in the mornings. Need reliable people who are ready to work! Days needed are Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. You don’t have to work all of those days, but you’d work the same day(s) each week

🎃👻 Spooktacular fun at the barn! 👻🎃

Our annual Halloween bash was one for the books — full of creativity, laughter, and a few flying pumpkins!

🏆 Costume Contest Champions: Darth Vader & Padme (Avery & Bentley) — may the horse be with you!
🎃 Pumpkin Jump Winners: Veronica & Party — clearing pumpkins and fears at 3’9”!

We had an incredible lineup of costumes: Bob Ross, a runaway bride, an Indian duo, Smurfs, a nurse & patient, the Grinch & Max, the Queen of Hearts, a unicorn, and Ms. Rachel! Thanks to Meg as well for always providing awesome new jump, planks and poles!

We love any excuse to get together, dress up, and celebrate our amazing barn family. Until next time — stay spooky and keep jumping high! 🐴🕸️✨

We had an incredible time at the Win-A-Gin Farms MHJA Show this past weekend! Despite the heat and tough competition, our riders and horses showed up with consistency, determination, and great teamwork!

What a great weekend at the Meadowview MHJA Show! While this show brought its challenges, our riders leaned into the process, stayed positive, and continued building partnerships we’re proud of. The progress, persistence, and sportsmanship were the biggest wins of all. 🌟🐴

✨ Veronica Smith & After Party earned Champion in the Novice Adult Hunters and Reserve Champion in the Baby Greens—showing off their hard work and polish in both rings!
✨ Avery Kryszak & Austin-tacious continued to shine as a young team, bringing home Reserve Champion in the Low Children’s Hunters.
✨ Addie Yoder & Qruise ESH are growing stronger every round—earning ribbons in both the Novice Juniors and Low Children’s Hunters as they build a promising partnership.
✨ Lexi Seim & Missing Piece had a weekend filled with positive moments, including a class win in the Novice Junior Hunters over fences!
✨ Gracen Hiegel & Hidden Gem showed in their first MHJA show together proving they were ready with strong ribbons in the primary and intermediate junior divisions as well as a win in Intermediate Junior Equitation flat!
✨ Eric Yoder & Qruise ESH delivered confident rounds in the Baby Greens and brought home solid ribbons throughout the division.
✨ Ashley Carter-Youngblood & At Last put together many bright moments this weekend, highlighted by a win over fences in the Novice Adult Hunters!

Every stride forward matters, and we’re walking away from Meadowview with lessons learned, bonds strengthened, and plenty of motivation for what’s next. 💪🖤
