Just a heads up to all...Rainbow is doing some work on the internet. It shouldn't affect our doors, but those of you who come during the night, it could possibly affect your access. Sorry, hopefully we will be fine with the Bluetooth and no one will get locked out.
Rainbow will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade equipment.

Don't forget to update your payment info because Sunday is June 1st and if its not updated your membership will not be active. For those using bank draft, we apologize, but they did not set us up correctly and we are waiting on Bluefin to make the changes. Thank you!!!

The new door is up and active! If you haven't downloaded the app from the email, you need to do so before you can get in. See Holle’s video to see how to get in once a you have the app.
If you need help setting it up, we will staff the Den at the hours posted. Please do not call or text us if no one is there, but DO reach out to us on Facebook messenger or email [email protected] and one of us will respond as quickly as possible!

Greetings Fitness Den followers, I hope you all are enjoying the wonderful weather we've been having!
Just a heads up, our current door provider has raised our rates astronomically as has our software company. Holle has searched for a product that we believe will fill our needs. Starting the end of May, we will be getting a new access "box" as well as converting to new software. I know, I know, many of you don't like change, but hopefully this change will go smoothly.
Our new system is an "all in one" system, so no different web sites for payment and waiting to download a separate app for the door...yea! The system is called Gymmaster. We are working behind the scenes to get the memberships transferred to the new systems, but we will need your help in getting the payment methods transferred, we cannot do that.
To make this as easy as possible, you will be getting an e-mail from us through Gymmaster. It will provide you with a link to click on and you will be asked to put in your billing information....this is legitimate, so don't panic. I will post another notice on here and also post info in the Den as a reminder when the time is here. We will also schedule someone to be here different times of the day for the first week or so as needed to help. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to message or email us. This is just a heads up and nothing to do just yet. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Just a friendly reminder...with the crazy winter weather we've had and all the snow, ice, etc. we are trying hard to keep the Den clean for ALL members. Please bring a change of shoes when you come or at least your own rag & clean the shoes you're wearing off. We have had several people come in shortly after our workers have finished cleaning and make a complete mess. You wouldn't do this in your own home, so please be considerate of other members and don't do it here!
