Saturday, August 1st

Schedule
• Weigh-ins: 9:00 AM
• Rules Meeting: 10:00 AM
• Lifting Starts: 10:30 AM

Members: The Strongman Room is off limits until the event is over. The rest of the gym will remain open.

Spectators: Feel free to bring a lawn chair.

Lifters: Good luck, and have fun!
