Hi all, I am so freaking sorry about this, but I am going to have to cancel the next two Hiawatha POUND classes due to illness and surgery. I absolutely am gutted here but I know that I have to take care of my own body in order to come back. Not doing that for far too long is honestly part of the reason I am in my current situation.

I am so sorry to let y’all down here. If I don’t see you out and about, I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your 2025. Sending love and 💚⚡️ vibes to you all!

I am so sorry everyone! My back is not cooperating with me today so I am going to have to cancel the Hiawatha class tonight. I am hoping to be back in October!

I was worried earlier in the day that with wonderful weather, no one would show. But a little bit of rain and an amazing group of regulars made it happen! Tonight was so much fun! Thanks to everyone that showed up!💚⚡️

Some days, I admit, I’m just in a slump and not feeling it. Then we get here, break a sweat (still no stix🤦🏻‍♀️😂), and share some laughs. Thank you crew for completely turning my day around. I love this bunch! 💚⚡️

And thanks to a dear friend who makes me laugh so hard I forget my muscles hurt ❤️😂

It was a workout tonight with a set list that going by the titles alone, one would think pure anarchy 😂🤦🏻‍♀️. But even after Trouble, Start a Riot, Go Crazy, Get Loud, and Power, we all Come Together for some fun. 😂. After a two month hiatus, this crew rocked the those 500+ squats and lunges tonight. 💚⚡️
