Ever wanted to run a 5K every hour, on the hour, until you’re the last one standing?

Yep - you read that right.

This race continues until there’s only one runner left. The final runner wins the race, gets $100, and bragging rights!

And if you’re unsure about that race, you can still come out and join in on the 50K happening as well! 10 laps of the 5K course and then you’re done!

Running has a way of teaching you things you didn’t know you needed to learn.

Some days it teaches discipline - when you show up even when you don’t feel like it.
Some days it teaches patience - when progress feels slower than you want it to be.
And some days it just teaches you how to be present… one step at a time.

What I love most is that there’s no “perfect” way to be a runner.

There’s just showing up, learning as you go, and becoming a little more you with every mile.

Last at the Lake 50K and Last Man Standing is approaching!!

We’ve still got spots left to sign up and spend an amazing day running on some trails with us! If you’d like the 50K option, it’s 10 loops of the 5K course, and if you’re up for the Last Man Standing challenge, you complete the 5K loop every hour, on the hour until there’s only one of you left.

I think a lot of people assume running is just about fitness or pace or distance.

But over time, it becomes something else entirely.

It becomes a space where you learn how to handle discomfort.
How to trust yourself.
How to keep going when things don’t feel perfect.

And maybe most importantly—it becomes a reminder that you’re capable of more than you think, especially on the days you doubt it most.
