Our latest Student of the Month, Castiel! Castiel is one Sensei Jimmy’s few yellow belt. Aside from his eagerness to learn and try new techniques, Castiel is always willing to help Sensei Jimmy with younger classes. He’s learning to conquer his competitive nerves and we can’t wait to see him back in the brackets soon!

A big THANK YOU 🙏 to all of the moms who made our Mommy and Me Mothers Day class extra special for their little ones! They rocked it through our Animal Exercise warmups, drilled some moves, hit the mitts and even got a couple rounds of rolling in! We hope you all enjoyed participating in class as much as we did having you! We wish you all a very Happy (early) Mothers Day! ❤️
