We traded our books for the big screen and watched Regretting You by Colleen Hoover! 📚❤️🎥

Of course, we couldn’t leave without rating the movie… and our crew gave it an overall 4.39 ⭐️ out of 5! 👏🏼

Good company,a little drama, and a whole lot of opinions (because you KNOW we had to discuss it afterward! 😂).

One thing we love here at Body4Yoga? It’s not just about yoga… it’s about the community, friendships, the laughter, and making memories together. 🧡

📚 Body4Yoga Book Club Review: Regretting You by Colleen Hoover

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️Overall Rating: 3.25/5

Our group had mixed feelings about Regretting You, but the consensus was that most of us enjoyed the story—even if it wasn’t one of our favorites.

We felt the story had SO much potential. The premise was emotional, the twists kept us interested, and there were definitely moments that pulled us in. It was entertaining enough that nobody felt like giving up on it, which says something!

We wanted more depth, more growth, and a little more time to really understand some of the characters and their choices. At times, the story felt like it could have gone somewhere much deeper, but didn’t quite get there. There was also one ponient part that everyone had strong feelings about but wouldn’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read the book!!!

Also a BIG thank you to Sandra Arias for always thinking of us and surprising us with a secret read 🥰🥰🥰

We’re so excited to bring you The Art of Going Upside Down with Fabi — a beginner-friendly workshop created for anyone who has ever looked at a headstand and thought… I want to do that, but HOW?! 😅

We’re taking it back to the foundation. Fabi will break things down step by step, with drills to help you understand alignment, build strength and control, and most importantly, start feeling more confident when your feet leave the ground.

Never done a headstand? No worries, we got you.
A little nervous about being upside down? Even more reason to join us. 🧡

This isn’t about showing up and nailing the perfect headstand. It’s about learning, playing, practicing, and discovering what your body can do.

A little strength.
A little balance.

And a whole new perspective.

If The Midnight Library taught us anything, it’s that we’re pretty happy we chose this timeline… because it includes books, yoga, and amazing friends. 💙📖

The Midnight Library, overall rating of 4.2⭐️!

While a few of us felt parts of the story were a bit repetitive, everyone agreed it was a thoughtful, inspiring read that sparked meaningful conversation. It reminded us to appreciate the life we’re living and the choices that have shaped us.

Another wonderful evening filled with books, laughter, and great company. Can’t wait for our next read:

📚 Book Club Recap……

This month we read The Women by Kristin Hannah, and it was an unforgettable discussion.

⭐️ Overall Book Club Rating: 4.95/5

The ladies thoroughly enjoyed this powerful story. Some were shocked by the realities and treatment of women during the Vietnam War, while others weren’t surprised by the history it revealed. One thing nearly everyone agreed on: the greatest love story in the book wasn’t the romance—it was the deep, unbreakable friendships the women formed through unimaginable circumstances.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the strongest love is found in the people who stand beside us through life’s hardest moments. 🧡📚
