Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this country.🇺🇸🫡🇺🇸Many left behind loved ones, families, and traded the comforts of home for the job of protecting and honoring the freedoms, values, and rights we have as Americans.
🙏😌🙏May we remember that freedom comes with great sacrifice, and help us all to remember to hold compassion and honor for the families who have carried that burden for us all. Maybe Take a moment today to slow down, breathe, be present, and give thanks for all the freedoms we often take for granted.

Extending a huge, heartfelt thank you to Ellie Wertz @ Honeydew Acres for hosting such a beautiful event yesterday! It was an incredible turnout, and it meant so much to feel the community's support! 🙏💕😃💕🙏 I am deeply grateful for the space you created; it made the day very special!

👀👉🏻 Saturday evening, May 30, 6-7:30 pm: Candle Light Restorative Yoga with special guest yogi Stephanie Kurland from Soul Restoration 🙏🎉💓🎉🙏and Jim Conry live music meditation. RSVP today!
👀👉🏻 Saturday, June 6, from 11-1: Drum Workshop with Dennis Maberry!!
No experience is necessary; all are welcome, and beginners are encouraged. Extra drums will be available. RSVP today!
