Join Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer Betty Sue & Melissa, (ERYT 500/Reiki II) as they guide you through a restorative and meditative practice infusing Reiki into restorative yoga. While in a series of fully-supported and restful yoga poses, you will receive reiki facilitated by our instructors. You will also be invited to gently place your own hands over the energy centers on your body to promote deep stillness and inner peace.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat, water and an eye pillow if you would like. Perfect for all levels. No prior yoga experience required!

Awaken your heart to share the gift of yoga with others at Country Flow Yoga! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

Join us this January and immerse yourself in a magical five month journey.✨

We’ve assembled a team of highly qualified, compassionate teachers to guide you on this adventure. 👩🏻‍🏫🧑‍🏫

Our class sizes are small and cozy (10 or less) in order to truly give you personalized attention and instruction and support!

Our in-depth, heart-centered and convenient program meets 2 weekends a month and is accredited with Yoga Alliance.

Our training will confidently set you up for success! 🙌🏻

Just ask the dozens of amazing yoga teachers who have completed our program and have hit the ground running. 🏃🏻‍♀️
