Happy Father’s Day to all of our Eagles dads! 💜🦅⚾

Thank you for the early mornings, the extra batting practice, the long weekends at the ballfield, and the countless words of encouragement.

Whether you’re throwing one more pitch, sh****ng one more fly ball, or reminding them to play hard, have fun, and never give up, your impact reaches far beyond the game.

Thank you for helping these boys grow into great teammates, competitors, and young men.

🥈 Armed Forces Slug Fest Runner-Up 🥈

A great weekend of baseball for the Eagles. The boys battled through pool play and bracket play, earning a Runner-Up finish while making memories and continuing to grow together as a team.

Proud of the effort, resilience, and teamwork this group showed all weekend long. Time to get back to work. 🦅💜🖤

Strong Showing From Both Offenses In MC Eagles 9U Loss To SC Outlaws 9U

Both teams put up a bunch of runs, but MC Eagles 9U fell to SC Outlaws 9U 13-10 on Sunday. SC Outlaws 9U collected nine hits, while MC Eagles 9U had 10.

MC Eagles 9U lost despite out-hitting SC Outlaws 9U 10 to nine. Wyatt Y and MJ L each collected two hits for MC Eagles 9U.

MC Eagles 9U were the first to get on the board in the first when MJ drew a walk, scoring one run.

SC Outlaws 9U made the score 3-1 in the bottom of the second after an error scored two runs, and Noah V scored after tagging up.

MC Eagles 9U captured the lead, 4-3, in the top of the third after Colin D walked, MJ singled to center field, and Shane H singled to center field, each scoring one run.

SC Outlaws 9U jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the third inning after Rowyn J walked, and Hudson B grounded into a fielder's choice, each scoring one run.

SC Outlaws 9U scored eight runs on six hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Lucas B singled, scoring one run, Luke C singled, scoring one run, Jaxon V singled, scoring one run, Lane L singled, scoring two runs, Rowyn was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Hudson singled, scoring two runs.

MC Eagles 9U scored five runs on five hits in the top of the fifth inning. Easton I singled, scoring one run, Rowyn induced Karsyn S to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, MJ singled, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.

Easton stepped on the bump first for MC Eagles 9U. The starting pitcher gave up two hits and five runs (two earned) over two and one-third innings, striking out two and walking two. Easton C led things off on the bump for SC Outlaws 9U. The lefty gave up two hits and three runs over two innings, striking out three and walking four.

MC Eagles 9U tallied 10 hits in the game. MJ went 2-for-2 at the plate and led the team with three runs batted in.

Lane and Lucas each collected two hits for SC Outlaws 9U. Hudson and Lucas each drove in three runs for SC Outlaws 9U.

Big Third Inning Leads MC Eagles 9U Past Calvert Cutters 9U

MC Eagles 9U defeated Calvert Cutters 9U 9-1 on Sunday at 3471 Campus Dr thanks in part to five runs in the third inning. Easton I hit a solo home run to left field, Colin D singled, scoring one run, Lincoln Y singled, scoring two runs, and Triton M singled, scoring one run.

A double by Nick R put Calvert Cutters 9U on the board in the top of the first.

Karsyn S grounded into a fielder's choice, which helped MC Eagles 9U tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.

A single by Lincoln gave MC Eagles 9U the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the second.

Shane H stepped on the mound first for MC Eagles 9U. The starter surrendered three hits and one run over three and two-thirds innings, striking out eight and walking five. Mason P stepped on the bump first for Calvert Cutters 9U. The starter gave up 11 hits and seven runs over three innings, striking out three and walking two. Wyatt Y threw one and one-third innings of scoreless ball for MC Eagles 9U in relief. The pitcher gave up zero hits, striking out three and walking none.

MC Eagles 9U piled up 14 hits in the game. Lincoln led MC Eagles 9U with three runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The second baseman went 3-for-3 on the day. Colin, Easton D, and Karsyn each collected multiple hits for MC Eagles 9U.

Quinn L, Mason, and Nick each collected one hit for Calvert Cutters 9U. Nick went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in.

Next up for MC Eagles 9U is a game at Championship on Sunday.

⚾️ MC Eagles 9U 3, API Academy 9U 0 ⚾️

The Eagles came out swinging early and never looked back!

🔥 MJ L sparked the offense with an RBI triple, and Easton I followed with a 2-run homer to left field to give the Eagles a quick 3-0 lead.

💪 On the mound, the Eagles were sharp, keeping API Academy off the scoreboard in a strong pitching performance.

🌧️ The game was ended early due to weather, but the Eagles made their first-inning advantage stand and secured the win.

Great team effort all around!

Easton I Drives 5 Runners Home In MC Eagles 9U Victory Over Calvert Cutters 9U

Easton I drove in five runs on two hits to lead MC Eagles 9U past Calvert Cutters 9U 16-14 on Saturday at 3471 Campus Dr. Easton singled in the fourth inning, scoring two runs, and singled in the fifth inning, scoring two.

Bats blistered as MC Eagles 9U collected 10 hits and Calvert Cutters 9U tallied nine in the high-scoring game.

MC Eagles 9U got on the board in the first inning after Karsyn S singled, scoring two runs.

Calvert Cutters 9U jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Nick R singled to center field, Quinn L singled down the left field line, and Ethan Y lined out, each scoring one run.

MC Eagles 9U took the lead in the top of the second inning after Easton M walked, , MJ L singled down the left field line, and Easton grounded into a fielder's choice, each scoring one run.

Calvert Cutters 9U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring seven runs on four hits to take the lead, 10-6. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Nick that drove in three.

MC Eagles 9U tied the game in the top of the fourth thanks to an error, a single by MJ, and a single by Easton.

Connor S started the game for Calvert Cutters 9U. The pitcher surrendered one hit and six runs (zero earned) over one and one-third innings, striking out two and walking one. Triton M, Shane H, and Easton each appeared in relief for MC Eagles 9U.

MC Eagles 9U accumulated 10 hits in the game. MJ and Easton were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for MC Eagles 9U while hitting back-to-back.

Nick provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Calvert Cutters 9U with three runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 2-for-2 on the day. Quinn and Nick were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Calvert Cutters 9U. Calvert Cutters 9U had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Calvert Cutters 9U turned one double play in the game.
