In 3 months, the season officially begins and I am excited to announce our official schedule, with a lot of exciting FIRST throughout the season!

We start off with our FIRST ever full team home scrimmage w/ Upper St. Clair, then wrestle the 3 toughest tournaments in the country for Girls HS Folkstyle: Women of Iron (FIRST time there!), Beast of the East, and Powerade!

Come January we have TWO Home duals, Wheeling Park and Upper St. Clair (Senior Night)!

We also have our FIRST ever JR High Open Tournament for the JR high Girls, they will be heading to Dubois with us this season!

And come February, the post-season begins!
For the FIRST time ever, there will be a Girls TEAM Post-season WPIAL Tournament!!

And then at the end of the month, Individual WPIALS

Followed by Regionals and State in March!

Looking forward to an exciting and successful season, and thank you for your support!

Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for multiple ways to support the Norwin wrestling program with fundraisers, Try-it-Knights (come practice), and of course, some new swag!

NORWIN FAMILIES

Women wrestling is here to stay!!
This sport is growing faster every year, we had almost 2300 girls competing in Fargo last week and this year in PA, we will have a WPIAL TEAM Championships this HS season!
All our girls are working hard this summer (K-12) and we are always looking for new wrestlers!
If any parents or girls have interest in wrestling, from Kindergarten through HS, please comment or send me a PM and I can point you in the right direction!
