Tackle-n-Tail started because Taylon, then 10 years old had an idea. He wanted to keep his fishing hooks and lures from getting tangled and snagged on everything. It is such a great product that the Anderson family wanted to share it! Tackle-n-Tail is your source for great fishing, hunting and outdoor products, tips and tricks! We are starting off by launching our favorite products and will be adding more in the coming months!

Tackle-n-Tail had a great weekend hanging out at The Big Outdoor show in Orem. Taylon Anderson threw a football back and forth with Ty Detmer, got his picture taken with Taysom Hill, and had quite a few laughs with Jay Mohr. Oh, yes we did sell product too! Looking forward to the upcoming season at Tackle-n-Tail.
And . . . I got Ty’s autograph for a student who is going to be him in our upcoming wax museum. I’m so excited to give it to him. I’m glad this week is over!!!

Are you cleaning out the old to make room for the new? Well, we would love to take those old clothes, blankets, shoes, or anything else off your hands. My daughter Kailee is heading to Thailand in June for a humanitarian service trip and as a fundraiser, they are collecting clothes etc. for our local Boys and Girls Club. We would be happy to come and pick up anything your have to donate. We are collecting until March, so SAVE IT ALL AND LET'S PUT IT BACK INTO A CLUB THAT NEEDS IT! Thanks for your support!! We added a few more items to purchase to add to your holiday treats. We are selling pumpkin rolls for $8.00, Peanut Brittle (9 oz bag) for $6.00, to die for Christmas Crack (10 oz bag) for $7.00, and Beef and Pork Jerky. The flavors available for the jerky are: Pork (Applewood Smoked) and Beef (Orginal, Terikaki, Peppered, Hot, Sweet Hot, & Sweet Pepper) and Chopped and Formed (Original and Teriyaki). The jerky's price is 1 package for $11.00 and 2 packages for $20.00 All proceeds are going toward her Huminatiran Thailand Trip! So Saturday Taylon and I decided to hike up and fish Silver Lake above Silver Lake Flat Reservoir, up American Fork Canyon. Wow to be 13 again, Taylon kicked my butt on the 2.5 mile hike up the mountain. He then out fished me, and kicked my butt down the mountain. Why can't they have one of those fancy stair glides that I could sit on, and it would take old farts like me up and down the mountain. It would be a lot easier, just saying. I am so sore, I can barely walk but had a blast with my son Taylon. Love ya Buck.

We are excited as a family to announce our little boy Taylon just started his own Gourmet Jerky line to add to his company products. These will include Buffalo, Elk, Venison, Pork, and Beef with six different types of flavors, Original, Peppered, Teriyaki, Hot, Sweet-n-Hot, Sweet Peppered (which are all delicious tasting).
