Women’s Sparring is coming to Pinnacle.

Starting Sunday, September 20, we’re introducing a new coach-led class focused on sparring-specific drills, technique, movement, partner work, and live sparring.

The class will have a kickboxing focus, with boxing opportunities for those who prefer to keep their rounds boxing-only. Whether you’re stepping into your first round or looking for more opportunities to train and spar with other women, this class is designed for all levels.

Women’s Sparring will run on select Sundays, with dates scheduled one month at a time based on coach availability.

Pinnacle members: You can use your regular membership for Women’s Sparring.
Visiting athletes: $25 drop-in.

Required gear: Gloves and a mouthpiece for everyone. Kickboxers must also have shin guards.

First class: Sunday, September 20 • 1-2 pm

Members, please book in our app. Guests, please DM for booking instructions.
