e. R&D is a comprehensive pitching program. Pitching and throwing abilities are scrutinized to the most fundamental detail and our athletes are given a long-term plan to develop. Struggle and frustration are common in our workouts to increase the likelihood and frequency of success on the field. We have created an environment of camaraderie, but also an environment where competitors compete. We strive to cultivate the region’s most productive high school pitchers that will be able to compete at the next level of competition. As coaches we constantly seek the latest and most credible information while discarding methods and philosophies that are outmoded and unproductive. The R&D program is constantly evolving with the rapidly expanding science of training young athletes. R&D is a highly successful program that produces competitive baseball players at all levels.
