Northern Virginia Shuai-Chiao Club We're Northern Virginia's only club dedicated to teaching, training, and growing the traditional Chi Please contact us for the current schedule for the month.

We train at First Defense Martial Arts Center in Herndon, VA. Generally we meet on Monday & Wednesday afternoons with the occasional Sunday morning. Other Shuai-chiao & San Shou training sessions are available upon request.

The goal of the rules is to make sure there is as much continuous action as possible during the matches, advocate fighter safety, stay true to the spirit of Shuai Jiao, and improve the enjoyment of the sport overall for all persons whether it be athletes, coaches, officials, or spectators.
