Tuesday 9/24/24 Today I am sharing with all of our families and friends about our son Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Jung-Chul Lee’s. last official sermon Sunday 9/22/24 at the church of Incarnation Manhattan, New York, after 3years service as Associate Rector.

Now he is being transferred to take the duty of new priest in charge at St.Paul’s Episcopal church in Brookfield Connecticut.
He will deliver his first day official sermon at St. Paul’s Church on Sunday 10/20/24.

I know all of St. Paul’s Church families will fully support him to give the best service that
he can!

But I would like to humbly request all of our friends to pray and support him to serving our Lord as best he can. I know that you all have experienced his leadership performance with most honor, but humble and gentle!

오늘은 그저께 일요일 아들 성공회 신부, 정철 박사가 커네디컽 주 의 부룩필드 시의 쎄인 폴 성공회 교회의 주임 신부 초청 발령을 받고 전근 준비를 위하여 지난 3년동안 공동 주임 목사로 봉직해온 뉴욕시 맨하튼의 인카네이션 교회에서 마지막 설교를 하는중 귀중히 담아둔 일부 사진들을 친구 여러분들과 공유합니다!
친구 여러분 저희 아들 신부 이정철 박사의 순조로운 전근과 새로 부임해가는 교회에서도 강인하지만 지혜스럽고 자상한 리더쉽을 발휘하며 존경받는 지도자가 되게 인도해 주시고 훌륭한 봉직자가 되게 기도해주시고 응원해 주시기 바랍니다 !

These days it has been very difficult to get together with all our children because of their busy schedules!
It was lucky to have chance this week to take a family photo while we had a family gathering for our granddaughter Sadie’s 13th birthday!

Thursday 06/06/24 we are so excited to share with our HKLee TaeKwonDo students and my Master friends about the arrival of multiple time pair world champions Master Jisun Kim Karisik (the daughter of my friend former Turkish National Team Head Coach Grandmaster Dooman Kim) and her husband Master Fazli Karisik! They will intern with us at our academy and help high level students for competition.
All our students and friends please have a safe, healthy and happy everyday!

Monday 5/20/2024 Today I am sharing photos from last Saturday, May 18, 2024,

Again I had another super happy day!
I was so proud to witness the 2nd Annual Everest National Open TaeKwonDo Championship hosted by Master Kumar Karki’s (my Nepalese TaeKwonDo son)!

The exciting opening ceremony started with my daughter (Master) Janelle singing the American National Anthem (Star spangled banner) followed by the Nepalese and Korean National Anthem by two other singers!

The memorable championship was smoothly began and successfully finished on time!

Congratulations to you and Master Kalpana, Krisha, Krishav and all of the Everest World Class TaeKwonDo Academy families!
Your leadership and teams unity was remarkable!

I consider it a huge success!

Anyway, it is impossible to make that happen without Hundreds of unconditional supporters including all volunteers, many amazing friends, Grandmasters, Masters, Judges, Referees, Competitors, and their families, and friends.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to express my sincere thanks to you all!

오늘은 지난 주말 나의 네팔인 태권도 아들 중 하나인 쿠마 카르키 사범 도장에서 주최 주관한 제2회 에베래스트 오픈 전국 태권도 대회에 참석하여 소중하게 담아둔 사진들을 친구 여러분들과 공유합니다!

금년 대회가 두번째 밖에 안되었지만 500명 이상의 선수들과 2000명 이상의 관객들이 참석해서 대 성황을 이루며 무사히 치루어 지다 보니 대 성공을 이룬 대회라는 생각이 드는군요!

대회는 우리딸 이성희 사범의 미국가 열창으로 우뢰와 같은 박수를 받으며 시작된뒤 네팔과 한국 국가에 이어 본 대회가 장열하고 도도하게 펼쳐졌습니다!

대회 진행을 불평불만 없이 일사분란 하게 함은 물론, 흐트러짐 없고 품위있게 진두 지휘를 하는 등 훌륭한 리더쉽 을 발휘 하는 것을 현장에서 직접 목격 한뒤 흐뭇하고 자랑스러운 마음으로 선, 후배, 친구 여러분 들과 함께 이를 공유합니다!

Tuesday 3/12/2024 I am posting today to share about last Saturday, March 9, 2024. We celebrated the 50 year anniversary of our TaeKwonDo school in the Town of Herndon in conjunction with the 45th Anniversary of National Capitol Open TaeKwonDo Championship!
Thank you to the operations and organizing committee Chairperson Janelle Lee Pham (our youngest daughter and mother of Sadie and Teddy) with the unconditional support of her husband Jason, Co-Chairperson JC Thomas, Master John and Junko Starks, Master Chris Hunt, Masters Alex and Venci Atanasov, Mrs and Mr. Lorin Boyd, Dale Cobb and his family, Chris Noyes, MCs Jarrod Wronski, Kevin Weinstein, and their family! 오늘은 지난 토요일 3월 9일 2,000명 이상의 태권도 가족들과 함께 헌던도장 개관 50주년( 박찬학 선배님 께서 헌던시에 오픈하여 48년전에 저를 초청 하셨음 ..!) 기념행사 와 병행해서 제가 연례행사로 45주년째 주최 주관해 온 미 국회의사당 오픈 2024년 태권도 선수권 대회를 성공적으로 잘 마무리 하였음 은 물론 약 2천 만원 이상의 기금을 모금하여 버지니아주 의 래스톤시 에 위치한 사우스 레이크 고등학교 체육부 장려기금 으로 증정해 줄수 있게 되었음 을 기쁜 마음으로 친구들과 공유합니다!
이는 조건없이 참석 해서 헌신적으로 협조해 주신 자원 봉사자들, 심판원들, 56개 참가 도장 관장님들, 사범님들, 코치들, 선수들과 가족 여러분들 덕택입니다!
이에 심심한 감사를 드립니다!
특히 이현곤 도장 사범들, 교범들 그리고 자원봉사자들 헌신적인 봉사와 탁월한 리더쉽 으로 앞서 이끌어준 조직 위원장 제넬 팜 - 이성희(쎄이리,테리의 엄마이자 저희 막내딸) 와 사위 제이슨의 조건없는 외조 , 공동 조직 위원장 제이씨 타마스 사범, 잔 과 준코 부부 사범, 알랙스 와 밴씨 아타나 소브 형제 사범, 크리스 헌트 사범, 등록 담당 로린 보이드 여사, 기록 담당 대열 캅씨, 의무 담당 크리스 노여씨, MC 들 제라드 완스키 와 케빈 와인스타인 등 70명이 넘는 자원봉사자 들과 조직 위원들의 열정과 헌신적인 노력이 맺은 결실이라 할수 있다!

Monday 2/26/2024 we are getting ready for hosting the 46th annual National Capitol Open TaeKwonDo championship conjunction with 50 years anniversary celebration for the first TaeKwonDo academy in Herndon, VA

held from 9am to 6pm Saturday 3/9/2024 at
South Lakes HS at 11400 South Lakes Dr., Reston, Virginia.

We cordially invite all TaeKwonDo schools with respectable Instructors, Masters and Grandmasters
It’s so amazing to me that we've already hosted this event more then 43 times!
The NCO has become known as one of the best organized and biggest events in the East coast USA.
Over 650 competitors and 2000 spectators attended last year and probably we will have more this year!
Our dedicated staff and certified referees are preparing well for you and your family’s safety and for all to have a joyful and valuable experience with us throughout this memorable event.
We are so excited to see you, your family and friends, with all the rest of our TaeKwonDo family and friends, on Saturday 3/9th at the championship site.

Monday 02/ 05/ 2024 I am sharing photos from 6am to 11pm last Saturday 02/ 03/ 2024.

One: These photos were taken during the our Dojang Main Exam from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.!

Two: These photos are with Grandmaster Lee Ji-eun, 8th Dan, who has been an instructor at our dojang for over 5 years, helping me,as like a I were her own uncle,
Senior Master Lee Jun-hak's 7th Dan family, who has been dedicatedly assisting me over the last 20 years with all his heart and caring for me as like a I were his own father,
Senior Master Kang Jung-woo, 7th Dan (not pictured but he cares for me as like a I were his teacher!),
Nepali Taekwondo Master Kumar Karki 7th Dan family Master Dinesh Shrestha's family are all treat me as like a I were their father, and
Master Melvin Morte's 6th Dan family from the Philippines.
Also, I was grateful to receive some other beloved visitors from Nepalese Taekwondo family Master Dek Darrjee, Master Prakash Dhungana, Master Bonita Puri Rai, and Master Mamita subedi, including the family of Photos that I cherish in my heart!

Three: Lastly, all other photos are from my day was concluded well, honorably and happily, by attending a wedding ceremony for Suneksha Kc, Daughter of our Nepalese Taekwondo Master Ramchandra Kc. he is like a my son too!

So I am sharing these cherished photos with all my friends!

독립해 나가 도장을 운영하고 있으면서도 지난 20년 이상 본인 친 아버지를 모시듯 정성을 다해 나를 보필해오고 있는 이준학 7단 사범가족 과 강중우 7단 사범 ( 사진에 없음),
네팔인 태권도 아들들 Kumar Karki 7단 사범 가족 과 Dinesh Shrestha 6단 사범 가족,
필리핀 국적 Melvin Morte 6단가족들 등 또 다른
일부네팔인 태권도 가족 사범들 Dek Darrjee, Prakash Dhungana, Bonita Puri Rai, Mamita subedi 가 인사와 응원차 깜짝 방문을해서 화기애애하게 정담을 나눈뒤 고마운 마음으로 소중히 담아둔 사진들!

셋: 마지막 으로 아들같은 네팔인 사범 Ramchandra Kc’s 큰딸 Suneksha & Rites’s 결혼식에 참석하여 오늘 하루를 잘 마무리 하며 소중히 담아둔 사진들을 찬구 여러분들과 공유합니다!

Wednesday 1/31/2024 I am sharing photos from the memorial ceremony and celebration of life for our beloved mother Yo Soon Seong.

We, all 8 siblings (6 Taekwondo Grandmaster Lee brothers, one more brother and one sister) and our families, deeply appreciate your condolences and support.

We especially appreciate those who attended the celebration of her journey to heaven and sent lots of love and kindness with many strong messages of support through this so difficult time!

The majority of the 300 attendees said they never experienced such a beautiful memorial service!

All of the Lee families are wishing you to be safe, healthy and happy all the time!
