The Last Pull Weightlifting Club The Last Pull WLC supports and promotes Olympic weightlifting in Northern VA. We are a registered USA Upcoming series: To be announced.

Our current offerings:

4 week instructional series:

On a regular basis, we offer 4-week course-like series that teach the technique of either the Sn**ch or the Clean & Jerk. Each series consists of four 1 hour and 15 minute sessions, spread over a period of four weeks, during which the participant is taught the various technique elements of the lifts through both lecture and drills. The session

s are interactive and are meant for the beginning to intermediate weightlifter who has had a basic exposure to the lifts but needs to shore up their form. The cost of a 4 week instructional series is $100 and is currently available to Crossfit Reston/Fairfax gym members only. Sn**ch 4-week series: every Mon 19:30 to 20:45, starting Monday September 2nd at Crossfit Reston. Clean & Jerk 4-week series: every Thursday 19:30 to 20:45, starting Thursday September 5th at Crossfit Reston. Weightlifting Club (Starting in October):

The TLP Weightlifting Club is a twice weekly group session for weightlifters of all levels or crossfitters interested in getting better at the Olympic lifts. As a member of the Weightlifting Club you should expect to train within a group of 5-8 lifters at CrossFit Reston. You will spend one hour twice a week working on your own technique drills and strength exercises, with supervision and guidance from coach Mehdi (USAW Coach) in class. In order to become a TLP club member, the athlete must have completed both the 4-week Sn**ch and 4-week C&J series. This requirement can be waived on a case by case basis. The cost of the club membership is $100 for Crossfit Reston/Fairfax gym members and $150 for non-gym members (twice weekly). Private sessions:

THE LAST PULL IS BACK!

We took a break for a little over a month but we will be back on Thursday, May 4th with our 8 week long cycle. We meet on Thursdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 09:00am.
