As a PT, my job is to guide clients to their desired outcome. Each has their own personal end goal but everyone’s goal shares a fundamental fact… improving their state of health. I drill home the point that, YOU CAN’T TRAIN A BAD DIET! So what you ingest is just, if not more, important than the weights lifted, miles ran, or minutes cycled.

Thanks to BALi Meal Planning & More, Christy McCord, and company I have been able to learn and incorporate the BALi diet into clients and my own lives daily. It’s about creating longevity and sustainable habits that ultimately transition into lifestyle.

There are only two steps, education then application. Let me know if want want to take those steps!!
