UPDATE STRAIGHT OUTTA THE SHOP…. It wouldn’t be race season with out set backs right….
We thought we were right on time and all was going as planned with both mine and Josh’s car for an official start date of March 14th. However, when we returned from the RaceWise Chassis School at the beginning of February and really dug into things on the car dad and I decided it was time to retire the ole bandit. Luckily, he had a backup plan. We are working to switch over things on to a new car it’s just going to take a min. We are shooting for the beginning of April as an unofficial starting point for both of us. Josh and I are grateful to have the help of my parents throughout our racing careers and throughout the crazy thing we call life. So much has happened here lately we have to laugh and just enjoy the moment to keep from sitting in the thick of it.
It’s times like these when you grasp on to James 1: 2-4 “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.”
