I’ll travel with you on your greatest adventure
[email protected] Hey there!

My name is Angelina and I started practicing photography in August 2020, but I've had an interest in it since I was 13 years old (I really wanted to shoot for National Geographic). I started out with landscapes and it didn't take me long before animals became my favored subjects, especially horses. Now I've expanded into portraits, engagement sessions, and I've done small weddings. I'm a Chicago n

ative but I've also lived in Iowa, Arizona, Nebraska, & Texas. What can I say, I enjoyed a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. I have recently moved back to Illinois in the town of Channahon. I currently own a cat and two dogs, one which was a rescue in June. I've owned several other dogs before, as well as iguanas, parakeets, cockatiels, a ferret, and a pet rat (don't judge they're really smart!). My style of photography varies depending on situation and overall mood, but I like to think I shoot in a more documentary style way capturing more sentimental or candid moments versus staging them all the time. Either way, I enjoy conceptualizing with clients to find what works for you and what you're overall wanting to achieve.

You don’t have to leave Illinois to have an elopement that feels like an adventure.

McKenzie & Nash chose Starved Rock State Park for their elopement day, and I mean… LOOK AT THIS PLACE.

Tucked between towering canyon walls, surrounded by moss and greenery, they read their private vows to each other and got to slow down and actually experience this part of their wedding day together. No elaborate setup needed. Just the two of them, their vows, and one of the coolest landscapes Illinois has to offer.

I think Illinois gets overlooked way too often when people start dreaming about an adventure elopement. You don’t necessarily need mountains in Colorado or cliffs along the coast to create something beautiful. We have canyons, waterfalls, forests, bluffs, rivers, and some seriously underrated places right here in the Midwest.

And THIS is exactly why I love photographing Illinois elopements.

McKenzie & Nash, thank you for trusting me to document such an intimate piece of your day. 🤍

Thinking about eloping in Illinois? Consider this your sign to stop assuming you have to go out west to make it magical.

POV: your Illinois elopement photographer will absolutely meet you in the mountains of Colorado.
This Crested Butte elopement was everything I love about destination elopements. Mountain views, wildflowers, a Jeep packed for an adventure, donuts in the back, and a wedding day that actually felt like an experience.
I may be based in Illinois, but my camera and I are VERY willing to travel.
Yes, you can hire an Illinois elopement photographer for your Colorado elopement. In fact, please do.

Cameron planned the sweetest surprise proposal for Zoe at golden hour and the way these two looked at each other the entire session??? Unreal.

Obsessed with photographing moments like this around Illinois and anywhere else!✨
Naperville surprise proposals, intimate elopements, destination love stories… count me in every time.

A slow, intentional kind of love tucked away in the woods of Wildcat Den State Park 🤍✨ Deb & Rick proved that elopements can be simple, meaningful, and completely centered around each other.

A moment for this golden light, this quiet kind of love, and this place!

This engagement session at Wildcat Den State Park felt like something you’d expect to find halfway across the country… not right here in the midwest.

This is what I keep trying to show people!
Illinois and the surrounding areas are so underrated when it comes to elopements and engagement sessions 🥺

You don’t need a packed timeline or a big production.
You just need a place that feels like you and space to actually enjoy it.

Im based in illinois and always down to explore and scout locations like this with my couples!

ready to create something that feels like you?
