Ai mockup for the space next door.

The goal is to have functional exercise stations aiming at performance conditioning that combines running, rowing, skiing, loaded carries, sled work, functional strength and high intensity endurance into structured workouts designed to build strength, stamina and work capacity. These workouts can cater to any fitness level.

We will also offer open training times to get in regular workouts as well, and private one on ones with our trainers.

What an amazing Ladies Class today!

Thank you to every woman who stepped on the mats with us this morning at HumbleGrounds Combat Academy. We trained, learned, laughed, pushed ourselves, and had FUN doing it!

Watching these ladies build confidence, learn self-defense, and support one another is exactly why we do this. Every class we’re getting stronger and growing together. 🔥

So proud of all of you who showed up today! Whether it was your first time or you’ve been training with us, you belong on these mats.
