HIPSTERS - virtually grab a mama you know for a stress-relieving, sweat-inducing, fun class on us this weekend! We want to celebrate ALL the strong, badass women who take care of the ones around them. There are all types of moms who deserve EXTRA LOVE this year!! Birth mamas, step-moms, soon-to-be moms, fertility warriors, fur mamas, and all those who are moms in their 💕. We wouldn't be who we are without you.

6 classes to choose from. Saturday 7am/8am with Lauren, 9am with Suzie or Sunday 8am/9am with Dorothy or 10am with Megan. DM us name and email address and we will get them set up. See you online!!

It’s our birthday 🎂! 9 years ago today we opened our doors! I almost can’t believe it. We started with one room and packed a lot in. HIIT, Pilates, Barre & more!! So many of you came that first week and are still HIPsters today❤️🙏🏻!!

We’ve grown so much these past 9 years and aren’t going to let this virus stop us💪🏼! I want to thank each of you and all our amazing trainers 🤩!! You’ve made this community so special and strong.
