Are you ready to SLIM DOWN and DETOX that extra weight right before summer!!! Team PUSH is back with a NEW 4 week SLIM DOWN DETOX! We will be doing a GROUP diet and training program to turn your body into a fat burning machine. So many of us struggle to just get the process started and don’t really understand the way we should eat to help super charge our bodies. You CAN detox and lose weight with the right foods, and you don’t need a diet pill to do it. It’s knowing what to eat and how to eat it that will keep you feeling good and losing the weight you desire.

The program is 4 weeks long, it comes with a week to week meal plan diet (not macros). This will teach you what to eat, how much you should be eating, and how you should be pairing your foods. This is not designed for picky eaters haha, so some of us will have to PUSH our taste buds through! We will be eating healthy fresh foods. I will also be providing a grocery list for your convenience.

The program also comes with a training routine that is accessed through our TEAM PUSH app that gives you your daily training routines with all you need to know! The app also gives video clips on how to preform the exercises safely and properly. This program is designed for beginners, gym goers, and for people who choose to do their training from home. Those planning to train from home will need some supplies to do so;).

The great thing about this 4 week program is we will be doing it TOGETHER, with each other’s support! You will have the motivation to PUSH and keep yourself accountable! We will be meeting once a week at 6:00am on Saturday mornings @ Holliewood Dance and Fitness Studio Herkimer NY. The meetings will consist of a lecture on our weekly diet and training plan as well as a 30min group training workout! You will be able to interact with me and with others that are participating in the group program! Human interaction keeps us on track and focused! This will be a fun and motivating experience! Don’t miss out!

Happy Wednesday friends!!!
In honor of hump day here is my glute transformation, I've worked hard at my most disliked part of my body!!
I've always hide my bum because I never liked it , it was always wide , flat and full of cellulite!!
I was personally embarrassed but as you can see hard work, cleaning up my nutrition and consistency is starting to pay off!!
