Good morning Herkimer AYSO families,

Our volunteers for reffing our Sunday games has taken a dive. It doesn’t appear that our High School volunteers are as motivated, as they once were to help our program. We are getting some who have been doing a tremendous job, but not as many as we have had in the past. We will look to an alternative moving forward in the Fall for when these circumstances arise.

That being said, if you are a home game today for U8, U10, and U12 - please consider touching base with your designated coaches and offering your time to help manage the safety of our athletes and the play of the game on the fields.

Thank you for always being supportive and flexible when it comes to our community and players!

Thank you to Johnson's Carpet Plus Color Tile for their generous donation and to a great craftsman in the community who took the time to build all 6 benches!

Our youth athletes are fortunate for our community who shows up and supports!

Happy opening day for many of our players this Soccer Sunday! As families prepare for a fun-filled day, I was thinking to myself how great our community is.

This quote came to mind: "It takes a village to raise a child" - Or in our case a successful “program”!

I’m always thinking how am I going to do this and how am I going to do that. I’d like to change “I” to “WE”.

So, I’m reaching out to our AYSO “village”! There has to be someone in our village who is crafty and creative.

Our U10 and U8 fields could use benches for our youth athletes. We are looking for those who have the talent to consider donating 6 benches to our fields.

If this speaks to you, please message us! We can really use your help! ⚽️

Hello AYSO families,

As coaches are reaching out they are asking for t shirt sizes as we are moving from jerseys to t shirts fully this Spring. Shirts may not be in fast enough for your first anticipated game, so if you have your original jersey please use it and coaches will use pennies for those who don’t. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

If your coach for your level hasn’t reached out yet, please allow them till Saturday night. We are all volunteers and are doing our best for our youth athletes and the community.

Thank you so much for your continued support and we look forward to getting your kids out on the field enjoying a sport we’ve all come to know and love! ⚽️

Good Morning Families, 🌞

Teams are going to be pushed out to coaches this weekend. Coaches will be reaching out to you this following week for practice times and so forth. ⚽️

For our U8 - U12 our anticipated first game is April 26th. 🙌🏽

🚨Our U8 level is in need of one more section. If you are a U8 parent and could step-up to help our program please DM us to head coach a team ASAP.🚨

Hello AYSO Families, 👋🏽

Welcome back to another season of soccer! Sign Ups are open and we look forward to having you back, whether that’s on the field helping our youth athletes by volunteering or on the sidelines being supportive, we are happy to have you apart of our community. ⚽️

If you have played in our Fall 25 season then your registration fee is $10 and if you are just signing up you will have the full registration fee. 👌🏽

Side note: I plan to keep registration open till the 13th of March. Allowing families time to sign up. If you reach out after the 13th to signup your request will not be considered unfortunately.
