Coaches have reached out and asked for t-shirt sizes, and we will pass those on to our friends at Mohawk Valley Apparel. 💚

Shoutout: They’ve helped us now for the past 3 seasons! 🎉

Once they’re in parents can go right to their location and purchase their shirt! 👕

As a reminder our fee for Herkimer AYSO is a small fraction of what you may pay for another community extracurricular activity. This payment also reflects our FALL and SPRING season. ⚽️

Your purchase helps us continue to support the sport and your child’s experience. Coaches need material to do the best that they can do and we recognize our athletes accomplishments at the end of the season with a trophy/medal. Note: we haven’t personally fundraised the past four seasons either! We want your experience to be positive here at Herkimer AYSO. So please continue to support and respect our volunteers and their efforts! 🫶🏼

Fall registration is now open! Come sign up and join us this fall season as we continue to reflect, improve, and provide a strong program for our youth athletes and families.💚

We are looking for more parent involvement too!Come join our team as a head coach, assistant coach, or referee. This program strives on your involvement alone. It takes a “community” to be successful! 🙏🏼

Good morning Herkimer AYSO families,

Our volunteers for reffing our Sunday games has taken a dive. It doesn’t appear that our High School volunteers are as motivated, as they once were to help our program. We are getting some who have been doing a tremendous job, but not as many as we have had in the past. We will look to an alternative moving forward in the Fall for when these circumstances arise.

That being said, if you are a home game today for U8, U10, and U12 - please consider touching base with your designated coaches and offering your time to help manage the safety of our athletes and the play of the game on the fields.

Happy opening day for many of our players this Soccer Sunday! As families prepare for a fun-filled day, I was thinking to myself how great our community is.

This quote came to mind: "It takes a village to raise a child" - Or in our case a successful “program”!

I’m always thinking how am I going to do this and how am I going to do that. I’d like to change “I” to “WE”.

So, I’m reaching out to our AYSO “village”! There has to be someone in our village who is crafty and creative.

Our U10 and U8 fields could use benches for our youth athletes. We are looking for those who have the talent to consider donating 6 benches to our fields.

Hello AYSO families,

As coaches are reaching out they are asking for t shirt sizes as we are moving from jerseys to t shirts fully this Spring. Shirts may not be in fast enough for your first anticipated game, so if you have your original jersey please use it and coaches will use pennies for those who don’t. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

If your coach for your level hasn’t reached out yet, please allow them till Saturday night. We are all volunteers and are doing our best for our youth athletes and the community.

Teams are going to be pushed out to coaches this weekend. Coaches will be reaching out to you this following week for practice times and so forth. ⚽️

For our U8 - U12 our anticipated first game is April 26th. 🙌🏽

🚨Our U8 level is in need of one more section. If you are a U8 parent and could step-up to help our program please DM us to head coach a team ASAP.🚨
