Ok, tomorrow is the day..come out and support the EHFG club and also get a wonderful chicken dinner. I know that there are alot of other events going on too. Stop in and pick up your dinner to go. Thank You!

It is that time of year again!! Chicken BBQ, Saturday, September 20th. A-lot of people have things going on that day but you could always do a pick-up meal and still support the EHFG Club. Do you have what it takes to join our ranks as an Environmental Conservation Police Officer (ECO)? Do you want to join the fight to protect the natural resources and people of New York State? Do you want to do your part to stop pollution of New York State's air, soil, and water? Do you want to protect New York’s fish and wildlife by combating poaching and the illegal wildlife trade?

DEC’s Division of Law Enforcement is looking for diligent, hard-working, adaptable individuals to join the ranks of the DEC Environmental Conservation Police and become the future generation of environmental protectors.

The first step toward becoming an ECO is successfully passing the Civil Service exam. The next exam will be held on November 1, 2025. The application deadline is THIS WEDNESDAY, September 17, 2025.
