The Richmond County Board of Education is saddened by the passing of Board Member Walter H. Eubanks.
Mr. Eubanks faithfully represented District 3 and dedicated more than 20 years of service to the students, families, and employees of Richmond County. From his years as a teacher to his leadership on the Board of Education, he was a tireless advocate for public education and creating opportunities for generations of students.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, constituents, and all who had the privilege of serving alongside him. His commitment to our community, passion for service, and lasting impact on Richmond County will be remembered with gratitude and respect.
