This weekend, the roller derby community suffered a devastating loss.

We are heartbroken over the passing of General Hellativity — he was a safe, fun, and fair roller derby official who made everyone feel welcome on and off the track.

If you have been to a roller derby game in or around the fingerlakes region, you’ve probably seen Hellativity. He brought positivity, fairness, and so much heart to every bout, skating alongside so many of our Western NY officials.

RAJRD sends our love to his family, his league, and the entire derby community who loved him. The track won’t be the same.

The full summer season guest coach lineup is finally here! Our guest coaches hail from leagues across NY, across the US, across the border in Canada, and across the pond! Most of our coaches have more than 10 years of derby experience and have done plenty of coaching!
