Meet the Staff: Rory Charcholla ⚽️
Boys MLS NEXT Academy Director, u19 Academy Head Coach, and Director of Methodology for the Academy.

Rory started with the club in 2006. Between then and now he has seen the club become Empire United, when it joined the former US Soccer DA, to now becoming RNY FC. From 2016-2017 Rory lived in Columbus, OH working as a coach for MLS Academy Columbus Crew SC. He returned in 2017 becoming the Academy Director and u19 Academy Coach full-time. Rory has been a big part of RNY FC growth within the Academy from its original two age groups. Rory oversees a staff of approximately 15 people who work directly with our academy players, including two other full-time academy staff. Rory and his staff wear many hats and work everyday to create a thorough curriculum and training method for the players and teams.
