POV: You thought the Divorce Effect happens after the divorce is final.

It doesn't.

It starts the moment you decide to walk into that mediation room prepared instead of hopeful. The moment you know your number before he says his. The moment you recognize the pattern before it lands. The moment you hold the silence instead of filling it.

She didn't wait for it to be over.

She became her in the middle of it. 🧡

That's the real Divorce Effect. And it starts now.

Divorce warning: hide this post before your mediation. Your social media is being used as evidence right now. 🚨

That vacation photo. The new bag. Dinner out with friends.

In 2026, family courts routinely admit social media posts as evidence in divorce proceedings. Posts suggesting a lifestyle upgrade or undisclosed income can directly impact spousal support and asset division.

Here's how to hide them — and this does NOT mean going private. Going private stops your growth and your life.

Go to any post that could be misread as financial. Tap the three dots. Hit Archive.
Instagram calls it archiving. I call it protecting yourself. 🧡

It disappears from your profile instantly and you can restore it anytime.

Be mindful going forward — not paranoid. Before every personal post ask: could this be misread as financial information?

If yes, hide it.
You didn't know. Now you do.
Comment PROTECT and I'll send you the full social media protection guide. 🧡

🧡Bella has never once over-explained her position.
She knows what she wants.

She goes for it.

No justifying. No apologizing. No explaining herself to anyone.
Honestly? She's been coaching me this whole time. 🧡

If you're walking into a High-Conflict room soon — channel your inner Bella.

Know what you want. GO FOR IT. Leave the over-explaining at the door.

DM Me JADE if you want me to send you the three words that replace the entire over-explanation reflex. 🧡

Five financial documents that protect you before divorce mediation — and why each one matters.
Knowledge is power. And right now I want to give you both.
Your attorney can request all of these. But you have to know to ask. And most women don't know this list exists until after their date.
Swipe through every slide. Save this before your next attorney meeting.
What you know, you can protect. 🧡

"If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain." — Dolly Parton 🧡

Today the world lost a woman who made everyone she met feel like family. And she left us with words that belong right here, right now, for every woman navigating the hardest season of her life.

🌈You are in the rain. The mediation date. The sleepless nights. The weight of it.

The rainbow is real. I am living proof.

And here is what I know about putting up with the rain — you don't just survive it. You prepare for what comes after it.

Your attorney is brilliant. There is one thing they cannot do for you in that room: regulate your nervous system when the pressure hits.

🌈Here is the tip I give every client:
Press your feet flat on the floor. Feel the weight of your body. One slow exhale — longer than the inhale. Say silently: I know what I'm here for.

Ten seconds. You come back every time.

The strongest women I've watched in a negotiation room were not the ones who didn't feel the rain. They were the ones who had a tool that worked faster than the storm.

Dolly had that her whole life.
So do you. 🧡
Rest easy, Dolly. Thank you for the rainbows.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩.
Read that again.

Because right now, the story in your head probably sounds like:
🔺”He's doing this to me."
🔺"I have no choice."
🔺"I just have to survive it."

Here's the shift that changes the room:

→ "He's doing this to me" becomes "I am preparing for what he will do."
→ "I have no choice" becomes "I have a BATNA — I know my walk-away."
→ "I just have to survive it" becomes "I am walking in with a plan."
→ "I can't believe this is my life" becomes "I am choosing who I am inside it."

Same circumstances. Different seat.🧡

The woman who walks in as a victim hopes the mediator sees her pain. The woman who walks in as a strategist makes sure the mediator sees her preparation.

You don't have to feel powerful to negotiate from power. You have to be prepared enough that power has somewhere to land.

☀️From victim to strategist. That's the whole job.
Save this for the morning of.
