National Championship 15s Win 🏆 10 Year Anniversary -
This was the 2nd National Championship win for New England College Men's Rugby in 10 months time. As the NEC Pilgrims / Lions won the 7s National Championship the June of 2014.

The team from New England College in Henniker NH produced six national championship final four appearances in three years. Resulting in

Two
Two and that was nearly three in June 2015.

A run by an excellent team that put New England College on the national landscape. The team was built and coached by current National Collegiate Rugby CEO Jeremy Treece. Assisted by Rupert Leeming and Aaron Warner. Extremely fit, and exciting athletes filled the rosters across those three years.

Cheers to this anniversary of a legendary set of accomplishments!

The College Rugby scene isn't getting any less convoluted now that we've had a year or so to pull out of 2020's turmoil, and the question remains exactly how each college rugby team will address competition in the future. One of the major issues going on is conferences and teams choosing to compete....

The Hartford Harpooners are excited to announce the addition of Angel Torres. Born and raised in Valley Center, California, Angel started his career with Avengers Rugby and would continue his youth career with Valley Central, Rhinos Rugby Academy and SoCal Griffins. He would then cross the country to New England College to begin his collegiate career. He would continue his collegiate career with Trinity Western University, United RFC, and MiraCosta Community College. He would then make his presence known with Pathway 404 and his latest stop with the Austin Gilgronis of the MLR. Angel will make his debut with Hartford on May 8th in Colorado
