We are so excited to have added two apprentice classes to our schedule!

Our apprentice classes are taught by teachers who have finished their Well Body training course and are now working towards the required teaching hours for certification.

On that note… meet T’Ann!
T’Ann wrapped up her in person training with our last group of teacher trainees and we know you are going to love her as much as we do!
Here is a little note from T’Ann…

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a longtime passion for Pilates and mindful movement. After practicing Pilates for several years and becoming a mom, I felt even more inspired to follow my passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies. I love guiding clients in building strength, improving mobility, and creating confidence through intentional, mindful movement.

You can join T’Ann in our new apprentice classes on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Friday mornings at 7:30!

Join Well Body Pilates on May 23rd from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at Creekside Reserve for a thoughtfully curated morning of movement, restoration, and connection, proudly sponsored by lululemon.

We’ll begin at 9:00 AM with an outdoor Mat Pilates class led by our very own Elizabeth Wilkinson.

At 10:00 AM, transition into deep rest with an immersive sound bath experience by Sounds of Balance.

Throughout the morning, enjoy restorative care from Queen Bee Massage.

Everbowl will also be on-site serving fresh, nourishing açaí bowls.

Deeply.
With intention.
Wiggle your jaw back and forth.
Create some space in between your teeth.
Peel your tongue off the roof of your mouth and let it rest gently behind your bottom row of teeth.
Soften the muscles around your eyes and forehead.
Deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale from your mouth. Sighing on the exhale.
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
