HUGE congratulations to all of our HYROX competitors who competed this past weekend in Washington, D.C.!

We are so proud of Hope, Bridget, Maroly, and Miguel for stepping up, pushing their limits, and putting it all out there.

And a SPECIAL congratulations to Hope & Bridget for an incredible performance — 2nd in their age group and 8th overall out of nearly 700 doubles teams!

These girls also walked away with a 5-minute PR. FIVE MINUTES. That is absolutely incredible.

They’re out there willing to take it all. Watch out. These girls are just getting started.
