Our PeeWee Class working on body coordination and strengthening as a warmup. These little exercises may look simple, but they are building focus, balance, confidence, and body awareness. Little by little, they are learning how to move with control, listen carefully, and challenge themselves in a positive way. These are the kinds of habits and life skills that can positively stay with them as they grow up, strengthening their mind, body, and spirit for years to come. 💛

THE LEGEND WAS IN THE HOUSE.

Professor Manegdeg, my very first instructor, and his family visited us all the way from Colorado last week. Being able to learn from him again was truly an honor. He poured his wisdom, knowledge, and heart into our Kempo Family here in Tennessee, leaving a lasting impact on every student.

A living legend, and we are so grateful to be part of his Kempo Family. We love him and his family so much!!

Our future is bright with these kids.

This was a GREAT testing group. Every single one of them stayed focused and pushed themselves, even when things got uncomfortable and challenging. That’s where real growth happens.

One of my favorite things is to watch the kids just enjoy each other’s company and play “rough” together after class. Not only because it’s fun and funny to watch them wrestle around each other lol, but also it’s good for their brain and body development.

Research shows that safe, supervised rough-and-tumble play between same aged children is highly beneficial for development. It helps build strong social skills, emotional control, and supports healthy physical growth.

At our school, our kids grow into well-rounded individuals alongside their peers in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, and build lifelong friendships along the way!☺️✨
