Our Mission Statements

- NO FEAR Western Carolina Baseball is dedicated to providing young baseball players the opportunity to fully enhance their skills and potential in a competitive program designed to prepare them for high school baseball and beyond.

- In order to achieve this goal, NO FEAR Western Carolina Baseball is committed to identifying motivated players who exhibit the desire and tal

ent to excel, and then providing these players with year-long coaching, emphasizing skill development with consistent practice and hard work.

- In addition to fielding competitive teams, NO FEAR Western Carolina Baseball is dedicated to teaching good sportsmanship, and providing a fun and positive atmosphere that will result in a lifelong respect and love for the game of baseball in each player.

We love our village

We love our village

They say it takes a village to raise a child.
For a baseball player, that village is built on a row of metal bleachers.

It's built by the moms who form a wall against the wind on a cold night.
The ones who create a group text to decode the coach's emails.
The ones who bring enough snacks to feed a small army, just in case.

We've learned each other's kids' strengths and quirks.
We've become experts at folding these ridiculous chairs.
We've traded stories and advice and wiped away a few tears (both ours and theirs).

We started as just 'the team moms.' We ended up as family.

To my bleacher tribe: I wouldn't survive these long tournament weekends without you. ❤️
