More Equipment sale!

This ice storm followed by snow storm and the lack of sun on the front of my unit has kept me from being able to pull things out and sell some more equipment. I have a bunch of stuff left and pricing to sell!

I’ll be at Eagle Self Storage on Asheville Hwy Saturday 2/7 at 9am. Bring hands to help move things around to get to what you want!

My members here are more than just customers.

Hub has been apart of our gym since about month 1 in 2020. We’ve celebrated 5 birthdays with him climbing our rope.

I’m saddened in these moments of separating from the members I’ve grown close to over the years.

All I’m going to say from here: whichever gym Hub ends up at, better take care of him!!! We will have problems if he’s mistreated!

Hi everyone — it’s Ian, and I have an important update.

Muscle Mountain — our temporary outdoor tent gym — will be coming down and closing permanently next Friday, December 19th.

This setup was never meant to be long-term, but all of you turned it into something unforgettable. Through the early mornings, the cold snaps, the heat, the rain, and everything in between, this community continued to show up and make the best of it. You proved that Strong Hand Fit is far more than the walls around it.

As this temporary phase comes to an end, all memberships will be paused during the downtime so no one is billed. We’ll continue sharing updates as we move forward.

Thank you to everyone who stepped into that tent and made it come alive. Muscle Mountain may be coming down, but the strength of this community is in your heart!

One for the history books. Everyone was so amazing and kind. Im so thankful to be apart of this group of amazing, strong people!

put on a superb show, and grateful for Kanuga conference center hospitality! Thankful for everyone that supported the gym by purchasing apparel at our booth- I must say, everyone looked awesome in their full fits💪🏻🙏🏻
