The gym industry doesn’t want you to get in shape.
It wants you to keep paying $20 a month for the right to fail in a nicer building.
Think about it. Rows of machines, open 24 hours, cheap as a streaming subscription. And after a year you look exactly the same. That’s not your fault. It’s the model working as designed. If those gyms actually worked, you’d cancel. Average keeps you paying.
Here’s the part they’d rather you not do the math on:
Muscle doesn’t respond to time spent. It responds to stimulus. And there’s technology now that delivers up to 3x the muscular stimulus of traditional lifting, in less time, with less wear on your joints.
Most people will read this, nod, and walk back into the same gym Monday.
If you’re done being most people, book a consultation and feel the difference in one session. That’s it. One session and you’ll never look at a treadmill the same way.
