At our Super Kids Program at KinderCare, we put it to the test with the Handshake Test! 🤝

We teach the kids three simple ways to show confidence:

👀 Eyes up — make eye contact
💪 Shoulders back — stand tall
🎯 Stay focused — be present and engaged

Confidence isn’t just something you feel. It’s something you can practice.

And sometimes it starts with something as simple as a handshake. ❤️

🥋✨ What an AMAZING week we’ve had at KinderCare! ✨🥋

Our Super Kids have been learning that martial arts is about so much more than kicks and punches — it’s about building skills they can use at home, at school, and everywhere they go! ❤️

This week we’ve worked on:

🧠 SELF-CONTROL — your ability to make yourself do something, even when you don’t want to.

🎯 FOCUS — your ability to block out distractions and concentrate on what’s important.

And today is DAY THREE! 👀🥋 What are our Super Kids learning today?

Leadership is not being the loudest person in the room. It is noticing who needs help, setting a good example, and using your skills to make the group better. We give students chances to practice that kind of leadership every class.
